Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of RallyPredict, including the website, any associated applications and the prediction markets offered through them. By creating an account or taking a position you confirm that you accept these terms in full. If you do not accept them, do not use the platform.
Eligibility
You may use RallyPredict only if you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and are not restricted from participating in prediction markets under the laws that apply to you. Availability varies by jurisdiction, and access may be restricted where local rules do not permit participation.
- You must register with accurate personal details and keep them up to date.
- One account per person. Accounts may not be shared, sold or transferred.
- You are responsible for every action taken through your account.
Your account
Keep your login credentials confidential and tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or close an account where we reasonably believe it has been used in breach of these terms, for market manipulation, or where we are required to do so by law.
Markets, positions and tokens
Each market states the outcome it tracks and the conditions under which it resolves. Read those conditions before taking a position. Positions are taken with tokens held in your RallyPredict wallet, and the tokens committed to a position are locked until the market resolves.
- Prices shown reflect live market sentiment and can move at any time.
- A position is final once it has been accepted by the platform.
- Fees applicable to a market are shown before you confirm a position.
Market resolution
Markets resolve against the source and criteria published on the market page. Where an outcome is ambiguous, delayed or the stated source becomes unavailable, we may extend the resolution window or void the market and return committed tokens. Resolution decisions are made in good faith and are final.
Prohibited conduct
- Manipulating a market, its underlying event, or its resolution source.
- Using automated systems to gain an unfair advantage over other participants.
- Using the platform to launder funds or to evade sanctions or tax obligations.
- Attempting to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the platform.
Risk
Prediction markets involve risk. Only participate with funds you can afford to put at risk. Past market outcomes and previous performance are not reliable indicators of future results, and nothing on the platform is investment advice.
Limitation of liability
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or losses arising from events outside our reasonable control, including interruptions to third-party data sources.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product and the rules that apply to it change. The effective date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect. Continuing to use RallyPredict after an update means you accept the revised terms.
