What is RallyPredict?

RallyPredict is a prediction market platform. Each market asks one question about a real-world event with clearly defined outcomes, and you use tokens to back the outcome you believe in. When the event is decided, the market is settled and the pool is shared between everyone who backed the correct outcome.

Is this the same thing as trading or betting?

It is neither. Unlike trading, you are not buying an asset, there is no leverage, and there is no position that can lose more than you committed. How do I create an account?

Use Sign up in the top right, enter your details and verify your email address. If you already have a Rally Trade account, the same credentials work here — no second registration is needed.

What are tokens?

Tokens are the unit you commit when taking a position. They are held in your RallyPredict wallet, topped up from your wallet page, and any settled winnings are returned to the same balance.

How do I add tokens to my wallet?

Open Wallet , choose to top up, and pick a funding method. You can also transfer between your Rally Trade platform balance and your prediction wallet. Every movement is listed in your transaction log.

How do I take a position?

Open a market, read the question and its resolution terms, choose the outcome you want to back, enter the number of tokens and confirm. The position then appears under My Predictions .

Can I change or cancel a position?

Once confirmed, a position stays with the market it was placed on. What you commit is fixed at that moment, which is why it is worth reading the resolution terms before confirming.

What decides the odds I see?

The odds reflect how the pool is currently split across the outcomes. They move as other people take positions — a widely backed outcome pays proportionally less, a less-backed one proportionally more.

When does a market stop accepting positions?

Each market locks at a stated point, normally as the event begins, so that nobody can act on a result that is already becoming clear. After locking, the market waits for the outcome and is then resolved.

How is the outcome decided?

Every market carries resolution terms naming the source used to judge the result, the cut-off moment, and how edge cases such as a postponement or an ambiguous result are handled. Those terms are what settles the market.

What happens if a market is cancelled?

If a market cannot be settled fairly — the event does not take place, or the result cannot be established under the stated terms — it is cancelled and the tokens committed to it are returned.
