Who we are

RallyPredict operates the prediction market platform described in these pages and is the controller of the personal data covered by this policy.

  • Verification data: identity and address documents where we are required to verify you.
  • Activity data: positions taken, tokens committed, wallet transactions and market history.
  • Technical data: device, browser, IP address and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

Why we use it

We use personal data to operate your account, settle positions and process deposits and withdrawals; to meet legal obligations including identity verification and record keeping; to detect and prevent fraud and market abuse; to support you when you contact us; and to improve the platform.

Legal bases

Depending on the purpose, we rely on the performance of our contract with you, compliance with a legal obligation, our legitimate interest in running a secure platform, or your consent — which you may withdraw at any time where consent is the basis.

Sharing

  • Service providers who host our infrastructure, process payments or verify identity.
  • Regulators, law enforcement and other authorities where we are legally required to disclose.
  • Professional advisers, and counterparties in a corporate transaction, under confidentiality.

We do not sell personal data.

Retention

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and afterwards for the period required by financial and anti-money-laundering record-keeping rules. When data is no longer needed it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

  • Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Ask us to delete data where we no longer have grounds to keep it.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing, and request portability of data you provided.
  • Complain to your local data protection authority.

We use cookies that are necessary for the platform to function, plus analytics cookies that help us understand how it is used. You can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings.

International transfers

Where personal data is transferred outside your country, we put appropriate safeguards in place, such as standard contractual clauses with the receiving party.
